About the committee
Great Dunham Village Hall is a registered charity (no 284055) that manages the Village Hall, the Park and play area as well as Children's Playground in South Street for the benefit of the village as a whole, as well as providing a resource for a wider community. The Amenities Committee is committed to equal opportunities principles and non-discriminatory policies and actions. It meets monthly and all residents are invited to the Annual General Meeting which will be announced on this website. If you have issues you would like to raise with the Amenities Committee then contact the Chair of the Committee. Issues can be dealt with in writing or an invitation can be given to attend a meeting to raise an issue. 
Village Hall build - Thanks
Keith Mitchell was the driving force behind the project and worked tirelessly for the project from the initial plans, the struggle for sponsorship and every stage of the build. We all owe him a debt of gratitude. Our thanks also to Madeleine Farbrother, our treasurer at the time who managed the accounts superbly. During the build process they were excessively complicated. |
